I lost over 150 pounds making better choices and learning to care again. I weigh less now then my total loss amount! I went from a size 26-28 or 3x to S/M size 6! I cannot truly give justice to describing the feeling that I have everyday when I look in the mirror. I am so proud of myself for changing not only my looks, but also my outlook on everything. I really smile when I see my reflection in the mirror.
